Some Basic Tips To Prepare Your RV for Winter Storage

Remove clothes, blankets, and linens for laundering.
There’s no reason to leave any valuables aboard, so take home any key items.
A good cleaning—both inside and out—is highly recommended.
It is recommended to prop open the refrigerator door and empty out the contents before storing.

Remove all food, even non-perishables.
Empty both the fresh and wastewater tanks, add anti-freeze and flush lines.
Top off propane tank. Shut off LP supply completely and cover tanks.
All electrical appliances should be unplugged, and dry cell batteries (which can corrode over time), should be disconnected and removed from alarms, detectors, and any devices inside.

Many of our clients have us provide a variety of services while their unit is with us. Below you will find our rates and some, but not all, of the services we can handle while your unit is in our care.

Any unused portion of the six-month rate will be refunded at the six-month rate.

We do not provide insurance and these rates do not cover any care or maintenance for your RV. You should stop by regularly to check your RV for any issues. If you desire, maintenance contracts are available from our service department. You should implement protection against rodents and insects at the time of storage.

Access is provided 9:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 12:00 Saturday except holidays. We will move your RV from the parking lot or the storage yard for you. Call ahead for after-hours pickup.
